Experience
Phillip is a highly regarded expert in environment, planning and local government law. He has experience in development approvals and appeals, assessment of environmental impact statements, compulsory acquisition of land and valuation, and local government.
Phillip also has significant experience in commercial and general litigation matters.
Phillip conducts these matters in the Resource Management Planning and Appeals Tribunal, Resource Planning and Development Commission and the Supreme Court of Tasmania.
