Experience
Justin has extensive experience in all areas of workplace relations and employment law. He regularly advises and appears on behalf of employers during industrial disputes, and gives strategic advice in respect to enterprise bargaining, contractual and termination of employment matters.
Justin previously taught Labour Law in the Bachelor of Laws program at the University of Tasmania, and continues as a visiting lecturer. He regularly gives seminars on current industrial relations and employment matters to industry groups and clients.
Justin regularly appears as counsel in the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of Tasmania, the Tasmanian Anti-Discrimination Tribunal, and both the Tasmanian and Federal Industrial Commissions.
